Lamonia Deanne Brown is a producer and film festival generalist, with a specialized focus on programming and development. In 2006, she joined New York Women in Film & Television as the Director of Programming & Events, while continuing to work with independent filmmakers. During her eight years at NYWIFT, she realized that working with film festivals would help her serve creatives who are marginalized by gender, race and economic disparities, and leveraged her position to support them. Throughout her career, Lamonia has supported numerous festivals including African American Women in Cinema, Urbanworld, Produced By: NY, the Hamptons Film Festival, NY Latino Festival, ReelAbilities, IFP Week, New York Int’l Film Festival, Human Rights Watch Festival, Montclair Film Festival and many more. Post NYWIFT, Lamonia worked as the Head of Programming, Outreach & Brand Partnerships at the American Black Film Festival (ABFF) where, in addition to producing the panel discussions, screening programs and securing talent for the festival, she spearheaded key milestones including the launching a student program designed to pipeline more inclusive industry hirings, creating a branded digital magazine and securing the permanent ABFF exhibit at the National Museum of African American History & Culture. Currently a consulting producer at OneFifty (onefifty.com), Lamonia holds firm to the belief that all content creators must be heard in order to create the paradigm shift necessary to bring about true equity in storytelling. Tamieka Briscoe is the creator of the web series, QT—a project she wrote and directed remotely while in quarantine. Bobby Del Rio is a repped, working screenwriter in Hollywood. A 20+ year career as a critically acclaimed, published playwright with many credits. Samuel E. Archer lives in the U.S. and is a celebrated songwriter, arranger, music producer, recording engineer, filmmaker, and author. Samuel has taught music in Tobago and the U.S. He holds a Music Business Bachelors of Science Degree from Full Sail University. He has worked on recordings spanning from 1989 to present which includes a catalog of his independent musical works. Sebastian "Siba" Bardin-Greenberg Originally from Paris, France, Siba has been living in NYC for the past 30 years producing, composing for various music projects since the early nineties. He created and produced the Hip-Hop Band Get Open, while at Purchase College where he developed and honed his composition, production and studio engineering skills. In 1997, he worked at No Doubt/Def Jam Records where executive, Dante Ross gave him the opportunity to produce 2 tracks on the Grammy nominated & triple platinum record “Whitey Ford Sings The Blues” by Everlast (House of Pain). Siba developed a moody/cinematic style in his compositions/tracks. He displayed this side of his work with his collab with Saundi Wilson in the Brüknahm Project, an Electronic/Hip-Hop/Jazz fusion project released on Knitting Factory records in the early 2000s. David Velo Stewart - In 2001, Stewart completed the narrative feature film Hiphopbattle.com: HipHop 4 Life, which premiered at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and has been screened at the Sundance Film Festival (2002) and Acapulco Black Film Festival (2001). Stewart followed the success of Hip-Hop 4 Life with a city vs. city rap battle documentary series. The fifth and final installment, Hip Hop Life (2007) was released on Netflix and iTunes. His latest films, The Low Key Savage Sunday and This Thing Called Hip Hop both premiered on Amazon Prime Video. Marquis Smalls is a creative, inspirational, fun loving, intellectual writer, producer, director and teacher who was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He attended Brooklyn Technical High School where he played varsity baseball and football before graduating to attend Penn State University where he earned a degree in African/African-American studies and Sociology. Marquis joined Teach for America and taught 8th grade math in Paterson and Maplewood New Jersey, while attending NYU to earn his certificate in screenwriting which launched him into a career transition that has now seen him win multiple awards for writing, producing and directing short films, web-series, and feature documentaries that have premiered on STARZ HBO, and Revolt TV networks as well as being recognized as a 2013 New York Foundation of the Arts Screenwriting fellow. Tanya Perez is an award-winning Latinx actress, writer and producer based in NYC. Her short, Veronica, won 2018 ‘Best Actress’ at Story Mode Shorts Festival, ‘Best Screenplay’ and ‘Best Actress’ at Outlanta Con and ‘Best Latinx Short’ at IndieFest. Her film REMEMBER WHEN THE CLOWNS CAME was a CSIFF2021 Official Selection. Angela Reynoso is an actress based in New York City. Kerry-Ann Reid-Brown is known for her trail-blazing work in the Caribbean podcast community. She is tireless in promoting the importance of having diverse voices in media, especially for immigrant communities. She is founder of Carry On Friends The Caribbean American Podcast, an award-winning platform for Caribbean Americans, which she uses to bridge the gap between the two cultures that have shaped her and so many of her listeners. In 2018 Lamar founded the Queen City Film Festival (NJ) in an effort to develop more opportunities for underrepresented filmmakers. In 2019 the festival screened 52 films from 7 countries in 8 categories and attracted hundreds of filmmakers and cinephiles. In 2020, during the height of the pandemic the festival went virtual and garnered more than 10,000 views as well as a sold out drive in theater experience. Now in its 4th year the festival is expected to continue its burgeoning legacy of creating a viable platform for filmmakers. Due to COVID19’s impact on his businesses and personal life, Lamar decided to research safe methods of returning to work safely. Attaining several certifications, he received high honors as a Health Safety Supervisor with the Georgia Film Academy, Health Education Services USA and most recently OSHA 360 Education Campus. Combining his many years of experience in production with covid compliance training has proven to be an perfect fit. Currently Mackson runs SAFE ONE SET, a full service COVID19 Mitigation firm specializing in film, television, photographic shoots and events. Clients include VERIZON and KOAJ Brands, VaynerMedia, Epic Records, Warner Media, HBO, DIESEL JEANS and numerous small production companies interested in returning to work safely.

Monty Ross was a part of the vanguard that took the American independent filmmaking industry by storm from the 1980's through 2000s. Today, he is President of Production for Soulidifly Productions, a full-service media company founded by retired Verizon Communications executive and film producer BK Fulton in 2017. Ross is known for presenting new and engaging stories about the African-American experience worldwide.
